The villa is the result of a recent renovation that has transformed this historic barn into a beautiful and comfortable detached villa, ideal for a relaxing vacation in the very heart of Tuscany.
Inside, the house features comfortable and cozy rooms, is tastefully furnished in a rustic style, and is equipped with all modern amenities, including satellite TV, CD/DVD player, Wi-Fi internet access, dishwasher and washing machine, microwave oven, espresso coffee maker, air conditioning, central heating, etc.
The house, which is completely enclosed, features a private swimming pool (5x10 m—depth 1.20–1.60 m) available from April through October, set in an olive grove with a lovely panoramic view of the countryside.
The property is ideally located for visiting Tuscany’s most famous historical and artistic centers, as well as many other small, picturesque villages in the Chianti region, and is within easy reach of the “Siena–Florence” highway (8 km).
